Chapter 13
When someone lends a helping hand it means that they do something to help another person. in this chapter, Humphrey says "...I'd lent a helping paw here and there." What are some ways Humphrey helped the families he stayed with?
He helped with Mr. Morales by opening the lock-that-dose-not-lock and Mr. Morales got the idea and he told the kids and they got him in with team work and that's how he helped Mr. Morales. (don't think I spelled it right)
